Individual Therapy

Each individual’s journey is unique and this is what excites me about individual therapy. I see my role as a facilitator of healing and growth and as a guide, encouraging you along a path toward your truest, most authentic self. I believe that everyone has tools within to heal themselves. Sometimes it can take some work connecting or reconnecting with those tools. By providing a safe and accepting space I will invite you to tune into your own personal truth, intuition and inner knowing.

My approach is warm and supportive with a focus on strengths. I believe there is great value in exploring the different parts that make up a person. I also find it valuable to look closely at these parts, how they developed and how they work together. This process encourages a deeper connection to, and understanding of, one’s inner workings. My goal for individuals is to leave therapy feeling connected with their ability to live their life with greater intention, through inner peace and balance.

Common issues of concern that may be addressed, but are not limited to, self-esteem and worth, identity, spirituality, relationship distress, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges, grief and loss.
